- Items may be exchanged for store credit ONLY
- Store credit can be used immediately and never expires
- Returned packages must be received within 10 business days after the date you received your package
- All items must be returned in the same condition you received them, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, no perfume and/or makeup and tags attached
- Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products,bodysuits and accessories
- Returns are process within 3-5 business days of date received
- Please send merchandise back with Return Form indicating your reason for return
- Store credit will immediately be issued in the form of an e-mail once item has been received unworn, unwashed, undamaged with no visible makeup and tags are attached
- Béni Mode has the right to refuse items that has been worn or damaged after shipping
- All items will be shipped within 3-5 business days
- All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If merchandise is received after the 10 business days it will not be eligible for return
- During the holidays there will more than likely be a delay, please add a 1 to 3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) shopping policy
- Next day shipping is available upon request; however party will be responsible for additional charges
- When merchandise has shipped an email will be sent with tracking number

Your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. All orders will be shipped via USPS priority delivery. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email.
If an order becomes unavailable you will be notified within 24 to 48 hours of the order. However, if you have other items that are in stock, those items will be shipped to you and the unavailable items will be removed from your order.
